RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

We advise up to 14 days for returns to be processed however we endeavour to process this within 3-7 days where possible. We do not send notice of your parcel arriving back at our warehouse and ask you to please use your tracking number to establish if/when we have received it, and then allow the above timeframe before contacting us. We will be in touch once the refund has been issued or exchange dispatched. Please only get in touch if you haven't heard from us regarding your return in over 21 days.
